All of our offers utilise a person/occupation fit, based on the individual's current health status and ability to work. We use strengths based approach to enable people to return to work swiftly and confidently and utilise Occupational Psychology resources to ensure clients are matched with the correct profession based on their preferences, capability, and desire.
We purposefully developed our services to fill a gap in the support available for people who experience burnout, mental health issues, workplace stress, anxiety, and low mood.
Through robust evaluation of a range of interventions, it was clear that taking a future focused, positive psychology-based approach to these common workplace challenges was empowering for employees and claimants. It gave them the tools, techniques, and strategies they desperately needed to move forward after a period of absence from work or experiencing a life changing health condition that impacted on their ability.
