A member of Forbes Coaches Council, I have a strong affiliation to positive psychology and an expertise in helping people to reach their potential. I've been coaching leaders for over 15 years and have worked with 1000's of professionals, helping them to gain clarity and elevate their impact.
My coaching style is influenced by the belief that everyone can improve their level of performance, and life satisfaction by applying tried and tested behavioural change techniques. As an evidenced based Practitioner Psychologist, I utilise the theory of Conversational Intelligence™ which uses emerging research from neuroscience to increase challenge, engagement and to build organisational and interpersonal trust, helping leaders and teams reach their true potential.
I enable clients to reach their goals through use of very practical and accessible psychological content and that I have a particular expertise in 'communication skills' coaching.
